How does the free trial work?
When you first sign up with Akuracy, you will be given a 7-day free trial period. You can cancel at any time before the end of the free trial to avoid the recurring monthly subscription charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can. There are no contracts or commitments. Whether you pay monthly or annually, rest assured that you’re not locked in forever. If you’ve paid annually, we will happily pro-rate your refund.
What if I am super behind on my books, can you still help me?
Yes, we will happily work with you to bring your books up to date even if you’re behind. Simply let your assigned personal bookkeeper know.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount if you choose to pay annually. The full amount for the year will be charged at the time of you activating your account.
We also guarantee to always keep your books up to date. If for some reason we’re unable to do so, we will not charge you for the following month.
Are there any other fees that I need to worry about?
You will only be charged monthly for services and an amount you’ve chosen. No surprise billing, EVER!
